Pay: $7.50/hour full time, $7.25/hour part time

Description: We are in need of customer focused food production and service delivery employees. We provide industry best training, including computer based training to help our associates deliver outstanding quality, service and cleanliness for our guests. Service delivery associates learn to have friendly, energetic interactions with our guests to ensure quick service and satisfied repeat customers. Our production employees work in a team on our highly organized, fast paced, production line. Production employees must focus on ever-changing customer needs and meet those needs in a matter of seconds to ensure prompt service. McDonald's promotes from within and top performing associates may advance to our shift management position.

Administrative duties include cash and labor control, inventory and delivery management. Shift managers must successfully complete: ServSafe Safe Food Handling certification, McDonald's Basic Shift Management course, Internal shift certification, and External shift certification McDonald's promotes from within and top performing candidates may advance to a salaried management position.

Description: Assistant Managers manage our larger teams including other managers in a fast-paced, customer driven environment. They work a variety of shifts. Administrative duties include cash and labor control, training, ordering, scheduling, shift manager development, preventive maintenance, hiring, inventory and delivery management. Assistant managers must successfully complete: ServSafe Safe Food Handling certification, McDonald's Basic Shift Management course, McDonald's Advanced Shift Management course, McDonald's EMP course, Internal shift verification, External shift verification, and Internal system verifications. McDonald's promotes from within and top performing candidates may advance to our First Assistant Manager position
