SHIFT MANAGERS

Hours: Full Time

Pay: $8.00 to start--negotiable

As an hourly (shift) manager, you will play an integral role in areas of Restaurant Operation, Customer Relations, Employee Relations, Shift Management, Team Building, & at least 1 Restaurant System. You'll also be eligible for ongoing instruction from a premier business trainer. Your opportunities for advancement will be limited to your dreams of success. From Hourly Manager you progress to 3rd, 2nd, and 1st Assistant Manager to Restaurant Manager where you'll be responsible for all aspects of a restaurant's operation and of course, increase your pay substantially. You will also have a fortune 500 business to list on your resume upon graduation, a list of references, and management.
