SHIFT MANAGER

Hours: Flexible including at least 1 weekend day

Pay: Varies - depending upon availability

As an hourly (shift) manager, you will play an integral role in areas of Restaurant Operation, Customer Relations, Employee Relations, Shift Management, Team Building & at least 1 Restaurant System. You'll also be eligible for on-going instruction from a premier business trainer. Your opportunities for advancement will be limited to your dreams of success. From Hourly Manager you progress to 2nd Assistant Manager, to 1st Assistant, to Restaurant Manager where you'll be responsible for all aspects of a restaurant's operation and of course, increase your pay substantially. You will also have a fortune 500 business to list on your resume upon graduation, a list of references, and management. Prior restaurant or management experience will get you closer to the premium per hour pay scale. You'll also get a head start on your future because of all the advantages for training that we offer. Without prior restaurant or management experience, you will have to begin as an entry level crew member on the "fast track" to your new career.
