- Vacation/Sick Days
Need a little personal time off? McDonald's can accommodate you! After just one year of service you are entitled to vacation. Certified Swing Managers can accumulate up to 1 week of vacation, Assistant Managers are entitled to 2 weeks of vacation and 2 sick days, and Store Managers are entitled to 3 weeks of vacation and 5 sick days. Salaried Managers also receive paid holidays! Assistant Managers receive 2 paid holidays per year and Store Managers receive 5 paid holidays per year.

McResource Line is a 24/7 service that is available to managers & employees to help them deal with the situations or issues in their lives that may be preventing them from working in a productive way: health/wellness, debt/credit issues, housing, financial counseling, family issues, GED/ESL, crisis/grief counseling, college tuition information, child support/child custody, special needs, teen issues, elder issues, child care referrals, homework hotline, transportation, and much, much more.
- Paid Uniforms
Employees receive 2 uniforms, a hat or visor, and name tag when going through orientation; you only have to provide pants and black slip resistant shoes. Because you have more important things to spend your money on!
