- Basic Health Insurance
An insurance package is available where the employee pays all costs. We use McCrew care insurance company.
- Vacation Pay
Crew who have 32 hours or more per week for a one-year period, and are rated good or better, will receive 2% or pay for the past year.
- Flexible Hours
We will honor the availability the employee provides, while not forcing them to work additional hours.
- Employee Meals
Employees will receive a free or discounted extra value meal.
- Uniforms
All employees working 32 hours or more shall receive 3 complete uniforms. All others employees will be issued 2 complete uniforms.
- Scholarship
$500 scholarship awarded annually.
- MANAGER BENEFITS
- Blue Cross/ Blue Shield Health
(Salary Managers Only) Paid Health insurance. We pay 75% of McCrew Care Mid 10 for hourly managers.
- Vacation Pay
(Salary Managers Only) Will pay 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after weeks 2 years, and 3 weeks after 5 years. Hourly managers are eligible for the hourly vacation plan-you must average 32 hours per week or more for a 1 year period and be rated good or better will receive 2% of your yearly pay.
- Manager Meals
Managers will receive a free or discounted extra value meal on every shift.
- Semi Annual Wage Reviews
Each manager is given the opportunity to sit down with their store manager and supervisor and discuss their performance for the previous 6 months, be rated, and receive a merit increase equal to the rating they have been given within the guidelines of the salary ranges.
- Uniforms
All salaried managers will receive 3 complete uniforms.
- Incentives
We offer incentives based on performance results.
- Misc.
We occasionally have Cardinal tickets and other fun things available.
