• Ticket Discounts

  We offer free and reduced ticket prices into some of the local attractions with your pay stub. Available venues are Silver Dollar City, Fantastic Caverns, and the Dickerson Park Zoo.

  Employees will receive a 50% discount on meals while working and a 15% family discount when off duty.

  Whether you need early morning, midday, nights, or weekends we can work with your schedule.

• Referral Bonus

  A $50 bonus will be paid to anyone who recruits and refers someone into a crew position with one of our McDonald's. To be eligible for the bonus, the referred employee must work at an acceptable level for 60 days.

• Vacation Pay

  After one year of uninterrupted service you will receive one week of vacation pay as long you average at least 25 hours per week over the course of the year. After three years you will earn two weeks of vacation as long as you continue to average 25 hours per week.

• Uniforms

  You will be furnished two uniform shirts on your first day of work and a third shirt after 30 days. You are required to furnish your own black slacks.

• Shoe Reimbursement Program

  You are required to purchase non-skid shoes to wear to work. After 30 days of employment, if you turn your receipt into your store manager, we will reimburse you for the cost of the shoes; up to $30.

• Insurance

  Medical, dental, and vision health insurance are available. Cost is as low as $31.90 bi- weekly for employee only coverage.

• Advancement Opportunities

  Many opportunities exist for diligent, hard workers including crew trainer, swing manager, or salaried manager. Our primary source of recruitment is from within our existing pool of employees.

• Jury Pay

  If you are asked to do your civic duty by serving on a jury we will work with you. We do not consider this to be time off, or your vacation.
